I. Promotion Summary & Sweepstakes Window

The Hollow Socks 1 in 100 Full Refund Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 22, 2026 (the “Start Date”). No fixed end date has been set. Sponsor may end this Sweepstakes after posting three (3) days’ advance notice at hollowsocks.com. The Sponsor’s computer serves as the official timekeeping system for this Sweepstakes.

II. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is offered by Hollow Alpaca LLC., d/b/a Hollow Socks (“Sponsor”), N1266 Technical Dr, Unit B, Greenville, Wisconsin 54942.

III. Eligibility

Open to lawful residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older when entering. Residents of these states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, Michigan, New York, Rhode Island. Void where restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

IV. How to Enter — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

Method 1 — Purchase Entry: Every eligible purchase completed at hollowsocks.com during the Sweepstakes Period receives one (1) entry into that calendar day’s drawing pool. Purchase entries are not limited per person per day.

Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): Handwrite on a 3”×5” card: (a) “Hollow Socks 1 in 100 Full Refund Giveaway,” (b) full name, (c) mailing address, (d) city, state, ZIP, (e) email address, (f) date of birth. Send it in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Hollow Socks Refund Giveaway, N1266 Technical Dr, Unit B, . Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per person/household/email address per day. Multiple entries placed in one envelope will be disqualified.

Note: Mail-in entrants who are selected as winners will receive a cash-equivalent prize equal to the average order value on the winning day because their entry is not tied to a purchase. Sponsor may substitute a store credit or gift card of equal value.

V. Drawing & Winner Selection

For each one hundred (100) eligible entries received during a calendar day (Central Time), Sponsor will run one (1) random drawing, with a maximum of ten (10) drawings per day. Any entries beyond the maximum drawing threshold for that day will not roll over to later days. Drawings will be held by Sponsor the next morning. Chances of winning depend on the total count of eligible entries received that day.

VI. Prize Details

Each winner receives a complete refund equal to the total amount paid for their qualifying order. A maximum of ten (10) refunds may be awarded each day. Prize substitution or transfer is not allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize Fulfillment: The prize is not applied automatically to the original order. Winners will be contacted separately by email, verified under Section VII, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout after confirmation. If a winner is chosen through a mail-in entry, the prize will be delivered as a cash-equivalent gift card instead of a purchase refund.

VII. Winner Notification & Verification

Sponsor will email potential winners after the drawing. Winners must reply to the notification email within 48 hours from the time it is sent. If a winner fails to respond within 48 hours, the prize is forfeited and another winner may be chosen from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing. Sponsor will make one (1) notification attempt for each potential winner. Winners may need to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before any prize is issued. Winners are fully responsible for all applicable taxes.

VIII. General Conditions, Release & Limitations of Liability

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, or other issues affect its integrity. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from claims connected to participation or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.

Scam Disclaimer: Sponsor will never ask for payment or banking information to claim a prize. Confirm that all winner notices come from an official Hollow Socks email domain.

IX. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation gives Sponsor permission to use a winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

X. Privacy

Information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at hollowsocks.com/policies/privacy-policy.

XI. Governing Law

All disputes must be handled individually, with no class action, in state or federal courts in Appleton, Wisconsin, under Wisconsin law.
